| General Returns Policy |
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Service Center within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If you wish to return items, be sure to include the packing slip in the box, and ship the order to:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

| Partial Refunds |
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that has obvious signs of use
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received

| Orders Returned After 30 Days |
| Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it. If you still wish to return it, be sure to include the packing slip in the box, and ship the order to:

| Exchanges |
| If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, call our toll free number (877-521-8871) to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
